Clive grew up in one of the premier districts of London.  Raised with the Watcher's training that was customary for his family, Clive actually preferred pursuing his art.  To further that end, he finished school a year early to attend the Savannah College of Art & Design in Savannah, GA.

The Whitlock's tolerated this choice, under the proviso that Clive spend all school breaks training with the Council.  Clive was even allowed to remain in the States to teach while planning for graduate school.  At least, until the Council sent word that the newest Slayer was moving to Savannah--and attending school at his workplace.  Clive would also be working under Council supervision, no less!

A few words to describe Clive:  "Educated", "Stylish", "Pretentious", "Ambitious".

Appearance:  Slick, stylish, and decidedly British.  Think "New Mod".  Clive is attractive, but not model good-looking.  He's white with eyes that suggest someone in his family tree came from further East.
